Dark Chocolate is a delicious-sounding as well as delicious-tasting new hybrid strain from Lineage Genetics. It was created by crossing Black Domina with Chocolope. The result is a sweet, fruity, chocolate taste sensation. It is 65% indica and produces great yields in a relatively short flowering time.
This strain will grow to a medium-sized plant indoors and outdoors; in the latter's case the weather will need to remain clement through most of October in order to harvest a reliable crop. Indoors flowering takes between 58 - 63 days with yields in the region of 600 - 700 gr/m2 while the crop outdoors should be 650 gr/plant or more.
It is a strain which responds well to being grown in a SCRoG set-up and this approach will deliver the best yields as the buds receive much better light penetration whatever the environment. The bud to leaf ratio is very high making harvest and manicuring a breeze. Be aware that low night-time temperatures will turn most plants darker so try to avoid unless this is a desired outcome.
