Origin
NLX Special California developed a variety of cannabis which in the 60s of the 20th century Nederland was introduced and forms the basis for the present nederwiet. The plant is mainly of the Cannabis Indica strain, but there are many intersections with other variations made to properties of said species to add to that of Northern Light, such as the longer growth of the Cannabis sativa plants. Northern Lights is one of the strongest types of weed.

NLX Special is compact, fast and very dense, capable of producing more trouble-free crops per year from seed or cuttings.
