This Early Widow strain was created by Elite Seeds utilising a special selection of White Widow from 40 female plants made in 2002. This was then pollinated using a Californian Early Skunk. The resultant strain combines the best characteristics of both plants to give a fast, productive and potent cannabis strain.
Early Widow is an indica/sativa strain which does very well whether grown indoors or outdoors. Indoor plants will be rady to harvest after just 7 - 8 weeks of flowering while those grown outdoors in the northern hemisphere will be ready during September. It is quite a small. compact plant but with plenty of bud sites for a good yield. The buds themselves are compact and full of resin-exuding trichomes which give the buds a white sheen when still on the plant.
It has a sweet, Skunk-like flavour and its 18% THC provides a fast-acting. potent high that is clearly derived from the White Widow parent.
