Certain Locations (No Insurance Available): Due to a number of different reasons we have stopped offering Insurance on deliveries to certain locations. Places such as Australia and NewZealand have can have difficulties with Customs and other remote counties don't have good local delivery services and packages are not tracked and updated on the system quickly. We can show proof of postage as everything is recorded electronically in our system and we guarantee to dispatch your order but when you order if there is no insurance offered at checkout then your order will not be resent or refunded if it is lost.


Our Delivery Mission:

At Just feminized we have made it our mission to offer the fastest delivery of cannabis seeds on the internet. We offer same day dispatch guaranteed if you order before 3pm and we offer guaranteed 24hour delivery if you pay extra for Special Delivery. We have a range of services available so we should satisfy all our customer’s requirements.

We have done our research and found that discrete packaging is an important issue to our customers so we now have a range of options available. If you require Stealth or discrete delivery it is easy to add to your order during the checkout process. We do advise you that if you opt for a stealth delivery option the seeds will be removed from the original breeder’s collectible packaging and placed inside one of our discrete packaging options instead.

Our standard packaging is a bubble envelope with your address printed on the front and all seeds come in their original collectible breeders packaging.

Delivery options explained and Insurance claims process

UK 1st Class Stamp only Delivery option NOT INSURED!
1st Class stamp only options are sent through the standard Royal Mail post. It will be a white bubble envelope with just a stamp on and the delivery address you have provided. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday then your item will be sent out the same day you ordered. 1st Class mail normally arrives the next day with your post through your letter box but there is no delivery time guarantee and it can take anything up to 14 days to arrive. Around 90% of our customers use this service as they find it cheap and convenient because no signature is required and generally these deliveries do not go missing.

The only guarantee we offer on this service is that we will post the item which you can trust we will do. We can provide proof of postage for every individual item and in the event of loss we will not resend any products or offer refunds. If you have been effected by lost 1st class mail we are very sorry but unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation and the lost delivery will be at your own liability.

Insurance Claims: If you have suffered loss of delivery there is a chance that you could be entitled to compensation. If your item has not arrived with 14 Days of the original posting date please contact us and we will provide you all the details to file a claim with Royal Mail. We will provide you with a copy of our dispatch receipt, a copy of your original invoice and a link to the Royal Mail claims web page. Royal Mail does pay out on occasion but we do not pursue claims as we don’t offer a guarantee on this service.


UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery Insured up to £39*
1st Class Recorded items are sent to UK addresses and require a signature from the recipient. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday then your item will be sent out the same day you ordered. 1st Class Recorded Mail normally arrives the next day with your post with a knock on the door but there is no delivery time guarantee and it can take anything up to 14 days to arrive. If you want a basic insured service with basic online proof of delivery then this is the service to choose.

This service is insured however due to the Royal Mail system not being updated on a regular basis and tracking information regularly missing us now ask customers to pursue Royal Mail Claims in the event of loss.

Insurance Claims: If you have suffered loss of delivery and there is no online delivery record you will be entitled to claim insurance from Royal Mail. If your item has not arrived with 14 Days of the original posting date please contact us and we will provide you all the details to file a claim with Royal Mail. We will provide you with a copy of our dispatch receipt, a copy of your original invoice and a link to the Royal Mail claims web page. Royal Mail does pay out on occasion but we do not pursue claims as we don’t offer a guarantee on this service.


UK 24hr Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. 
 If you have opted for our 24hr guaranteed service this will require a signature on delivery. If you order before 3pm Monday to Thursday we can guarantee next day delivery before 1pm. With this option someone will need to be at home to accept the delivery and if someone is not there Royal Mail may leave a Delivery attempt card. In this case you will need to go to the specified delivery office to collect your parcel. If you need to collect your parcel please take identification with you as this will be required and arrange this within 5 days otherwise the delivery will get returned to us adding further delays to the delivery time.
     
If for some reason your Special Delivery is lost in the post we will resend you a new package after 10 working days from the original day of dispatch and refund any postage paid. The only exception is when the online tracking says your item has been delivered, in which case we will send you a claim form and you will need to process the insurance claim yourself as it will be a dispute with Royal Mail and not us.

Insurance Claims: This service carries insurance up to £500 and Royal Mail handle these items very securely and deliver very fast. In the event of loss or damage we will pursue the insurance claim as long as there is no online tracking to say it was delivered. If your item has not been delivered 10 days after the original posting date please contact us. If there is no online tracking we will resend your order and pursue an insurance claim with Royal Mail. If it says that someone signed for the item and there is online tracking information provided we will then ask you to pursue the claim with Royal Mail as this will be a dispute directly with them. We will send you all the relevant forms including a copy of the original delivery receipt, your invoice and a link to the Royal Mail Claims website.


World Wide Stamp only Delivery option NOT INSURED!
World Wide stamp only options are sent through the standard Royal Mail post. It will be a white bubble envelope with just a stamp on and the delivery address you have provided. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday then your item will be sent out the same day you ordered. 1st Class mail normally arrives the next day with your post through your letter box but there is no delivery time guarantee and it can take anything up to 28 days to arrive in some parts of the world. Around 90% of our customers use this service as they find it cheap and convenient because no signature is required and generally these deliveries do not go missing.
    
The only guarantee we offer on this service is that we will post the item which you can trust we will do. We can provide proof of postage for every individual item but in the event of loss we will not resend any products or offer refunds. If you have been effected by lost of the stamp only delivery method we are very sorry but unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation and the lost delivery will be at your own liability.
Insurance Claims: Unfortunately with Royal Mail Standard Delivery items there is no insurance and so if the package is lost then we will not offer a refund or resend your order. 

We would recommend using our stealth delivery options if you want a much more secure delivery internationally.


World wide Signed for delivery option INSURED up to £150
The world wide signed for delivery option gives you basic coverage for items being sent outside the UK. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday then your item will be sent out the same day you ordered. Items are generally delivered within 2-14 days but with some countries delays can be expected up to 28 days. This option will require a signature on delivery and if there is no person home to take delivery you may need to go to your local delivery office to collect the parcel.

We guarantee to send all items as quickly as possible and this service does offer the facility to provide online proof of delivery. This service is insured up to £50 and in the event of loss we will handle the insurance claim processing.

Insurance Claims: If you have suffered loss of delivery there is a chance that you could be entitled to compensation. If your item has not arrived with 28 Days of the original posting date please contact us and we will initiate a claim with Royal Mail. This does not mean we will resend your items with this service. We will only do so when Royal Mail has come back to us with a delivery report and the case is concluded. Normally Royal Mail handles insurance claims within 14 days. Once we have established what the issue was we will then resend your items. If customs have seized your items because they are prohibited in your country by law then we cannot except liability for the loss and will not resend your order.


We would recommend using our stealth delivery options if you want a much more secure delivery internationally.
