What is the cheapest delivery option?

We offer standard 1st class delivery £1.99 which is simply put through the letter box and there is no tracking or signature required. Please be aware that this option will not be insured and if it is lost in the post under no circumstances can we refund or exchange your order.

Do you accept orders by post?

We accept Postal orders, Cash and Cheques but payment by cheque is delayed up to 10 days. Please checkout as normal online but choose the option at the end to pay by post.  This will give you the details you need to complete your order. Please make sure you write your order number on a piece of paper included with payment as this will help us locate your order on our system and get it sent out much faster.

Do you offer stealth or discrete packaging?

We have various Stealth packaging services available that can be easily applied during the checkout process. You can have your order sent in a ball point pen, DVD case with disc, t-shirt and other options as available

Can I order over the Phone?

Of course you can order over the telephone, but we recommend ordering online as this is the best way to avoid inputting errors of your details. If you wish to place an order over the phone please call 0208 894 2156 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

 
Why do you need our email address or telephone number when i place an order?

When you place your order please make sure you use an email address or phone number as we email to confirm orders have been sent and use your phone number if there is a problem.

Can you really offer 24 hour delivery guaranteed?

Yes we can! 24 hour delivery is only available to UK customers and you need to order before 3pm to get it guaranteed. Monday-Friday costs £4.99 but if you want Saturday Delivery it is £7.99 and must be ordered before 3pm on Friday for the Saturday service. If an item is out of stock we will email to let you know your order is not available for 24 hour delivery and if your payment declines this could also delay the service.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns but only in the case that the item is damaged or not what you ordered.

My postman came and left a card while i was out, what should i do?

If you have missed a delivery then you need to go to the delivery sorting office they have stated on the card asap to collect your item. If you do not collect the item in the time stated on the card your order will get returned to us. This could delay your order for some time and can cost you more money. We charge you what it costs us to send out special deliveries so if they are returned to us we would require payment for delivery again to cover costs.

Do you guarantee germination rates?
In the UK we operate under strict terms. We buy all our seeds in fresh from suppliers but we cannot offer guarantees as they are sold here strictly as collectable adult souvenirs and strictly not for germination.

We would love to be able to trade more openly but we are bound by these terms. Another issue in countries where it is legal is that there is no way of telling exactly how seeds have been stored or handled. We store all our seeds in perfect conditions within a commercial fridge to preserve quality and can’t be sure customers handle them in the same manor. Our seeds are tested on a regular basis and we can assure you they are of the highest standard.

How is my data stored and will it be shared with other companies?
In this business the last thing a customer wants is their details shared with others so it is our highest priority not to let this happen. Your data is stored in compliance with the data protection act 1998. All credit card details are only held on our system for a limited time after which they are automatically deleted. The only advertising emails you may get will be from our own company and we can assure you that your details will not be passed on to any third party companies.

Do you ship internationally?

We send orders out worldwide but please be aware that laws are forever changing. For this reason we advise customers to check their local law before ordering as we cannot be held liable for unlawful purchases and for orders seized by customs.

I think my order is lost what should i do?

Firstly check your emails as we may have sent you an email saying your payment declined or your items were out of stock. If the item has been sent out then UK items can take up to 14 days to arrive before insurance can commence. Worldwide delivery can on occasion take up to 21 days and insurance can only be made after 21 working days. If you have opted for one of our un-insured options you will be liable and we will not pay out insurance.

Do you ship with the original breeder’s collectable packaging?

Every order we send out contains the original breeders packaging unless you have opted for one of our stealth delivery options in which you have opted for us to remove the packaging and send the seeds in a discrete way.

How are your seeds stored?

We store all our seeds in a locked commercial fridge at 5 degrees C, they are free from moisture and we guarantee them all to be fresh and in perfect condition as we have received them.

What is the best cannabis strain available for yield, THC content and performance?

What are feminized seeds?

Standard cannabis seed will produce male and female plants. Males will produce pollen and are no good for smoking where as females will produce flowers and smoke to your delight. The reason Female seeds are so popular is because you eliminate all the males in your garden and therefore have no pollen that may contaminate your female buds.

What are Auto-Flowering Seeds?

Standard cannabis seeds will grow in two stages. Stage one is the vegetative stage which is normally 18 hours light and 6 hours dark. During this stage the plants will not produce any flowers so it can last as long as you desire. Stage two is the flowering stage normally 12 hours light and 12 hours dark. During this stage plants will produce flowers and normally mature in 8-12 weeks.

Auto-flowering cannabis seeds are different because the plants will begin flowering from the day they start growing regardless of how much light they receive. This leaves much more room for experimentation with some people leaving the light on 20 hours at a time throughout the whole life of the plant. Auto strains can sometimes be known as dwarf seeds because they will generally stay low. This can be very beneficial if your grow room has limited space and height can be an issue.  

Will cannabis ever be legal in the UK?

This is a question that is under much debate and currently is getting looked at more seriously as the government’s war on drugs policies are failing. There is a lot more open minded views coming into politics lately and we can only hope it is a matter of time before something changes for the better. In the USA there are many states that are legal in medicinal marijuana possession so hopefully we will follow suit.
